We work with our local print shop to create your custom plaque so they are made and shipped from the USA!
Depending on the shipping that you choose, it could take anywhere from 1-3 business days for your product to ship!
Since your SongSlide plaque is fully customized, we request contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your shipment will begin processing and we will be unable to make any changes.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
